Schedule: 24-hour call coverage from June 15 (7:00 AM) through June 19 (7:00 PM); 3-day assignment

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Active Arizona medical license (or proof of application in process)
• DEA registration required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Current case logs and vaccination records
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
