Schedule: Multiple shift options available including Admit (6a-6p), Swing (4p-4a), Early Swing (10a-10p), and Night (6p-6a). Coverage needs vary by month. Two physicians provide overnight coverage from 6p-6a for admissions and cross-coverage duties.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license (or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand)
• Active DEA certificate
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on case-by-case basis)
• Recent case logs and vaccination records required for credentialing
