Job Opportunity - ENT Physician - Nebraska
Start Date: December 2026 (weekend coverage beginning December 24, 2026)
Location: Central Nebraska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Weekend call coverage at a Level II Trauma Center; 24-hour on-call shifts including holiday coverage; average 2-4 admissions per day
Highlights:
- Level II Trauma Center setting with ENT call coverage supporting trauma and emergency department physicians
- Core procedures include adenoidectomy, audiogram, lump/tumor removal, and tonsillectomy
- EPIC EMR system with full support from anesthesia, CRNA, and surgery department staff
- FTE 0.33 position providing critical coverage to maintain trauma center designation
- Credentialing timeframe of 30 to 90 days depending on candidate qualifications
- Collaborative team environment with existing ENT group
Requirements:
- Board Certification (M.D. or D.O.) required
- Nebraska state license required, or ability to obtain within a few months; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact accepted
- Active DEA registration
- Clean malpractice history strongly preferred
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of application submission
- Immediate availability at time of credentialing clearance
