Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Board Certification required
• Valid state license or eligibility for WV temporary license
• IMLC participation strongly preferred
• DEA certification (status to be confirmed)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Proficiency in medication checks and medication management with therapy
• Credentialing timeline approximately 60 days
