Schedule: 8 days per month, 24-hour call coverage (7am-7am), flexible 1-8 day stretches

Requirements:

• Board Certification in General Surgery required
• Active state medical license (IMLC or temporary license preferred; licensing support available)
• DEA license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications current and valid
• EGD and Colonoscopy skills preferred but not required
• 60-day credentialing timeframe
