Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school
• Residency training in Hematology
• Valid state medical license
• Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology
• Valid DEA license
• BLS or ACLS certification
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate, patient-focused demeanor
