Job Opportunity - Family Practice/Urgent Care Provider - Washington State
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (2-3 weeks from acceptance)
Location: Community Health Center, Washington State
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (four 10-hour shifts per week with 1-hour unpaid lunch break, totaling 40 hours/week). Scheduled to see up to 18 patients per day in a fast-paced, high-volume ambulatory care setting.

- Comprehensive support team including dedicated medical assistant, mental health therapists, dietitians, and on-site pediatrician at most locations

- Outpatient ambulatory and walk-in/acute care services with chronic disease management
- One-week orientation with patient care beginning by day three; providers expected to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Active Washington State medical license (required; no exceptions)
- Active Washington State DEA (required)
- Board Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience for Nurse Practitioners
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Clean background and malpractice history required
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination required
- Comfortable managing full age spectrum: newborns through geriatrics
- Experience with basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care
- Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus but not required
