Additional Providers/Support Staff: Full Support staff – RN’s, MA’s, LVN’s

EMR System(s): Epic - Recent exp required (within the past 1-2 years)
Lic/Certs: Must have an Active OR License | AHA BLS | DEA
BC/BE: BC

Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3/months with opportunity to extend
Shift: M-F 8hr Days, but client would like flexibility with schedule working Saturdays on occasion and would have day off during the week

Housing/Travel: All inclusive
Pay Structure: Preset
Notes: Multiple Sites need coverage. Flexible candidates are key.

Required exp: Work in clinic to see patients for physicals, women’s health, chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes management. especially), same-day/urgent issues (Injury, illness, etc.) – If Adult only, will be considered but preference is Family Medicine for all ages. Support ‘in basket’ – responding to messages, patient results managed, refill medications.

Preferred exp: May include telephone/video visits with patients
