Unit Details: Outpatient clinic providing primary care services, including pediatrics, adult care, women’s health, and office-based procedures for all ages. Caseload averages 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift, 25-27 per 9-hour shift. Scheduling guidelines ensure providers do not have back-to-back complex visits, with a no-show/cancellation rate of 15-20%.

Additional Providers/Support Staff: 2 MA’s back office, 0.5 MA front office. Team-based approach with other MDs and APPs. In-house services include dental, optometry, pharmacy, behavioral health, chiropractic, podiatry, and other specialties.

Credentialing Timeframe: Quick, can start in 5-6 weeks.
Start Date: ASAP

Shift: Full-time, five days/week (8-hour shifts), including one evening shift per week (12-9 PM) and one Saturday per month. Option to work 4/9-hour shifts. Additional evenings or Saturdays may be scheduled for coverage.
