Job Opportunity - Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider - Northern Arizona

Location: Northern Arizona

Schedule: Night shift, 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with potential for additional shifts

• Level 1 trauma center with 269 beds, serving 10-15 patients per shift

Requirements:

• Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider
• Active Arizona state license (or proof of application in progress)
• DEA certification required
• ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care APP experience
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
