Job Opportunity - Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider - Northern Arizona
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Northern Arizona
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with potential for additional shifts
Highlights:
- Level 1 trauma center with 269 beds, serving 10-15 patients per shift
- Collaborative trauma service staffed by dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons
- Case mix includes surgical trauma intensive care and general trauma patients, adult population
- Cerner EMR system with mandatory remote training provided prior to start
- Credentialing timeframe of approximately 30 days
- Scenic Northern Arizona location with four-season climate
Requirements:
- Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider
- Active Arizona state license (or proof of application in progress)
- DEA certification required
- ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care APP experience
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
