Job Opportunity - CRNA - Virginia
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Central Virginia Region
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week or three 12-hour shifts per week, plus one rotating Saturday per month; no call required; weekly availability preferred
Highlights:
- 13-week assignment at a Level 1 trauma center with a 600-bed capacity
- Work alongside a collaborative team of 60 CRNAs, 70 attending anesthesiologists, and 60 anesthesia residents
- Diverse practice settings including main OR (33 rooms), outpatient surgery center (12 ORs), offsite locations (16), and GI center (3-4 rooms)
- Full scope CRNA practice excluding open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and peripheral nerve blocks
- Epic EMR system in use across all locations
- Both inpatient and outpatient care opportunities with patient population ranging from adolescents to end-of-life care
Requirements:
- Active Virginia CRNA license and board certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience; academic background and Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience strongly preferred
- Recent inpatient experience preferred; outpatient-only candidates considered
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (must be current and AHA-certified)
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required; no exemptions available
- Must reside 50+ miles from the facility (no local candidates)
- Two professional references required with application
- Minimum 30-day credentialing timeframe
