Job Opportunity - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - South Carolina

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week); no call required
Highlights:
- Small community hospital setting with 7 operating rooms and one endoscopy suite, plus an on-campus outpatient surgery center
- Case mix includes orthopedics, spines, gynecology, ophthalmology, plastics, and general OR cases; out-of-OR cases include GI, cardiovascular/TEE, and MRI coverage
- Medical directed ACT model with 4:1 ratio; patient volume of 30+ cases per day
- Epic EMR system; training available if needed (virtual sessions on Tuesdays)
- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days with active SC license; 90+ days without
- Patient population primarily adults (95%), with some adolescents and pediatrics (5%); ages 12 and older
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina CRNA license required (must be in hand prior to start)
- NBCRNA Board Certification required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (all through American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of post-training experience
- Clean background and malpractice history required
- Proficiency in general anesthesia, spine cases, ventilation management, acute volume/BP issue evaluation and management, and arterial line placement
