Job Opportunity - Family Medicine Physician - Washington State

Start Date: As soon as credentialed (typically 2-3 weeks)

Location: Washington State

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week (8-hour workday with 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Highlights:

Community Health Center setting serving migrant and refugee populations with interpretive services available onsite
Scheduled to see up to 21 patients per day in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Full support team including dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, and onsite pediatrician at most locations
Electronic Medical Records: EPIC
3-month contract with possibility to extend
Outpatient ambulatory care including family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, and chronic disease management
One-week orientation with patient care beginning by day 3

Requirements:

MD or DO with Board Certification required
Active Washington State medical license (required prior to submission)
Active Washington State DEA (required)
BLS certification (additional certifications may be required during credentialing process)
New graduate physicians may be considered; must have clean background with no malpractice history
COVID-19 and influenza vaccination required
Comfortable providing care across the full lifespan (newborns through geriatrics)
Experience or strong interest in working with vulnerable populations in a Community Health Center setting
Proficiency in basic procedures: injections, IUD placement, minor wound care
Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus
