Job Opportunity - Interventional Cardiologist - Arizona

Location: Verde Valley Region, Arizona

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with 30-minute unpaid lunch; possible weekend rotation; rotating weekly schedule between hospital and clinic settings

Highlights:

• Ongoing full-time opportunity providing comprehensive interventional cardiology coverage including STEMI and cardiology consultations
• Balanced clinical mix: 4-5 procedures daily, 8-14 hospital consults per day, 18-24 clinic patients daily, and 1-2 TEEs per day
• Work within a Cardiovascular Institute serving a primarily 60+ patient population
• Collaborative environment with physician colleagues, medical assistants, PCTs, nurses, and PA support
• Cerner EMR system with 4-hour remote orientation provided prior to start
• 30-day credentialing timeframe with virtual interview process

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain (licensing support available)
• ACLS and BLS certifications current
• Minimum 2 years of interventional cardiology experience
• Recent case logs demonstrating consistent practice within the last 12 months
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on case-by-case basis)
