Job Opportunity - Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider - Northern Arizona
Start Date: Multiple start dates available beginning August 2025
Location: Northern Arizona Mountain Region
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Hospital and clinic shifts, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break; 3-4 weeks per month (minimum commitment)
Highlights:
- High-volume electrophysiology practice supporting both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Diverse case mix including follow-ups, post-operative care, post-device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups
- Variable patient volume in hospital setting; approximately 14 patients per day in clinic
- Collaborative environment working alongside dedicated EP physicians
- EMR system: Cerner
- Adult patient population with opportunities for both clinic and hospital-based practice
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification
- Arizona state license (active preferred; candidates eligible for licensure will be considered)
- DEA registration required
- Minimum 1 year of electrophysiology experience required
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Board certification as NP or PA
