Job Opportunity - Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider - Northern Arizona

Start Date: Multiple start dates available beginning August 2025

Location: Northern Arizona Mountain Region

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants

Schedule: Hospital and clinic shifts, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break; 3-4 weeks per month (minimum commitment)

Highlights:

  • High-volume electrophysiology practice supporting both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Diverse case mix including follow-ups, post-operative care, post-device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups
  • Variable patient volume in hospital setting; approximately 14 patients per day in clinic
  • Collaborative environment working alongside dedicated EP physicians
  • EMR system: Cerner
  • Adult patient population with opportunities for both clinic and hospital-based practice

Requirements:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification
  • Arizona state license (active preferred; candidates eligible for licensure will be considered)
  • DEA registration required
  • Minimum 1 year of electrophysiology experience required
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • Board certification as NP or PA
