# Job Opportunity - Hospitalist Physician - Arizona Start Date: Not specified
Location: Arizona
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift coverage; cross-covering average of 40-50 patients; 4-hour remote orientation required prior to start Highlights:
  • 87-bed acute care facility offering comprehensive inpatient services
  • Collaborative environment with multidisciplinary support including subspecialties, internal medicine residents, and rapid response team
  • Cerner EMR system with comprehensive remote training provided
  • Access to anesthesia, surgery, and interventional radiology during day shifts
  • Intensivist coverage in ICU; no procedural requirements for this role
  • 30-day credentialing timeframe with streamlined application process
Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Active Arizona medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility
  • Active DEA certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
  • Recent case logs and consistent clinical activity within the last 12 months
  • COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on case-by-case basis)
