Job Opportunity - Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Hospitalist - Arizona

Schedule: Multiple shift types available - Admit (6a-6p), Swing (4p-4a or 10a-10p), and Night (6p-6a) with two physicians on overnight

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Active Arizona medical license (or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand)
• Current DEA license and ACLS certification
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Recent case logs and vaccination records required for credentialing
