Schedule: 72-hour block (June 5 at 7:00 AM through June 8 at 7:00 AM), 24-hour call coverage with callback support

- Expected callback volume of 2-6 hours per shift; coverage for nursing staff when needed

- Cross-credentialing available for providers interested in working at multiple facilities within the system
- Remote orientation scheduled the week prior to assignment start date
Requirements:
- Active Arizona medical license (or proof of application for licensure at time of offer)
- Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN experience
- Current case logs and vaccination records required for credentialing
- Clean malpractice history (fewer than 2 cases and under 500K in claims preferred)
- Completed credentialing application within 7 days of receipt
