Job Opportunity - OB/GYN Locum Physician - Arizona

Start Date: Multiple assignments available (June, July, October 2026)

Location: Arizona

Schedule: 24-hour beeper call shifts, 7am-7am rotation; includes coverage for select dates throughout the year

• IMLC accepted for expedited licensure

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC eligibility required
• Current DEA registration
• Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN experience
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (exemptions considered on case-by-case basis)
• Recent case logs and credentialing documents required
• 30-day credentialing timeframe
