Job Opportunity - ENT Physician - Northern Arizona
Start Date: June 15, 2025
Location: Northern Arizona Region
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage from June 15 (7:00 AM) through June 19 (7:00 PM) - 3-day assignment

- Short-term 3-day locums assignment with 24-hour call coverage

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Active Arizona medical license or proof of application in process
- Current DEA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Current case logs and malpractice documentation
