Schedule: 24-hour call coverage from June 15 (7:00 AM) through June 19 (7:00 PM) - 3-day assignment

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Active Arizona medical license or proof of application in process
• Current DEA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Current case logs and malpractice documentation
