# Job Opportunity - Family Practice Provider - Washington State
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (2-3 weeks)
Location: Washington State
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, 8-hour workday with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Highlights:
- Community Health Center setting serving migrants, refugees, and vulnerable populations with onsite interpretive services
- See up to 18 patients per day in a fast-paced, high-volume ambulatory care environment
- Full-spectrum family medicine including walk-in/acute care, chronic disease management, and basic procedures (injections, IUD placement, minor wound care)
- Dedicated medical assistant support for each provider, plus onsite mental health therapists, dietitians, and pediatricians
- Epic EMR system with 1-week onsite orientation and ramp-up period
- 3-month contract with possibility to extend
Requirements:
- Board Certification required
- Active Washington State medical license (required prior to submission)
- Active Washington State DEA required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Pediatric experience required; must be comfortable treating newborns through geriatrics
- Experience in community health center or federally qualified health center settings preferred
- Clean background and malpractice history required
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination required
- Additional certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.) may be required at time of credentialing
- Spanish or Russian language skills are a strong plus
