Clinician Type: NP
Unit/Dept: Primary Care
Unit Details: Outpatient | Adults Only | No Call
Daily Patient Volume: Estimated 20-24 PPD on average
Additional Providers/Support Staff: Dedicated LVN’s and MA’s
EMR System(s): Epic(HealthConnect)
Lic/Certs: Active CA Lic | BLS |
BC/BE: BC
Credentialing Timeframe: 12 weeks from time application is submitted.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months with option to extend
Shift: 10:30a-7:00p full time with rotating weekends (every other weekend)
Housing/Travel: All Inclusive
Pay Structure: Bid
Notes: Covid Vaccine with booster required
Required Exp: Diabetes, Blood Pressure, COPD, Routine Adult / Geriatric Patients in outpatient setting.
Preferred Exp: n/a
