1. Trauma Surgery – Acute Care NP / PA

Setting: Level I Trauma / Trauma Surgery
Schedule: Day Shift – 12-hour shifts
Provider Type: Acute Care NP or Physician Assistant

REQUIRED – DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT:

• Unrestricted California license
• National board certification
• NPs must be Acute Care certified
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• ATLS
• Minimum 1 year of Trauma Surgery / Emergency Department experience
• Experience working with high-acuity trauma patients

HIGHLY PREFERRED PROCEDURAL EXPERIENCE:

• Level I Trauma Center experience
• Chest tube placement
• Arterial line placement
• Central line placement
• Suturing

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Acute Care NP or PA who can function confidently in a fast-paced, high-acuity trauma environment and has hands-on procedural experience.
