Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week or three 12-hour shifts with weekend availability; weekly availability required with no rotating weeks on/off; one rotating Saturday per month; no call required

- Level 1 trauma center with 600-bed capacity offering diverse anesthesia experiences across multiple locations
- Practice across 33 main ORs, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient surgery ORs, and 3-4 GI center rooms
- Collaborative team environment with 60 CRNAs, 70 attending anesthesiologists, and 60 anesthesia residents
- Epic EMR system; full CRNA scope of practice excluding open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and peripheral nerve blocks
- 13-week contract with potential to extend; patient population from adolescent through end of life
- Multiple practice settings including main OR, outpatient surgery center, and endoscopy center
Requirements:
- Current Virginia CRNA license and board certification required
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience; academic medical center or Level 1 trauma center experience strongly preferred
- Experience working regularly with ASA 3+ patients preferred; outpatient-only backgrounds considered with recent inpatient experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications completed through AHA only
- COVID and flu vaccinations required; no exemptions approved
- Must reside 50+ miles from facility location
- Two professional references required with application
- Minimum 30-day credentialing timeline; all time-off requests must be submitted upfront
