Schedule: 24-hour call coverage with average callback of 2-6 hours per day; 3-4 OR cases per week; 20 patients per day in clinic; 10-15 procedures per week

Highlights:

• Join a collaborative team with 2 permanent physicians and 1 physician assistant, with dedicated medical assistants assigned
• 99-bed facility with modern Cerner EMR system and robotics available
• Disposable flexible cystoscopes provided for enhanced efficiency and patient care
• Required procedures include ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Preferred procedures include TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy
• Credentialing timeframe of approximately 30 days

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
• Active DEA license required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• Must be available for phone interview with the department
