Job Opportunity - Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider - Arizona
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Northern Arizona Region
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with potential for additional shifts; 10-15 patients per shift
Highlights:
- Level 1 trauma center with dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons
- Adult trauma service including surgical trauma intensive care and general trauma patients
- 269-bed acute care hospital utilizing Cerner EMR
- Collaborative environment with robust interdisciplinary support from trauma surgery team
- 4-hour paid orientation with mandatory remote Cerner training prior to start
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination required with exemptions available
Requirements:
- Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider
- Active Arizona state license
- DEA certification required
- ATLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care APP experience
- Prior acute care and trauma experience strongly preferred
