NP/PA Urgent Care | Ceres / Turlock, CA

Clinician: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Commitment: 3 months required, extension preferred
Schedule: 4 × 10 hour shifts

Credentialing: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks after acceptance

Patient Volume: Up to 33 scheduled patients per 10 hour shift. Typical volume after no shows is approximately 24, but provider must be comfortable managing up to 33.

Clinical Responsibilities: Urgent care across all ages, including chronic pain management and medication refills. One hour per day is allotted for chart completion.

Support: MAs and additional support staff.

Requirements: Active California license, board certification, BLS, DEA, at least 1 year of urgent care experience, at least 1 year of locums experience, Epic proficiency, and comfort treating all ages.

Orientation: First week will be 5 × 8 hour shifts, regardless of the regular schedule, and may include orientation at multiple sites.
