Job Opportunity - Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider - Northern Arizona

Start Date: August 2026

Location: Northern Arizona Mountain Region

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time assignment, 3-4 weeks per month minimum. Hospital and clinic shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one-hour lunch. Assignment runs through October 2026.

Highlights:

High-volume electrophysiology department supporting both inpatient and outpatient settings
Clinical responsibilities include follow-ups, post-operative care, post-device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups
Variable patient volume in hospital setting; approximately 14 patients per day in clinic
Adult patient population with direct physician collaboration and support
Cerner EMR system with mandatory remote training (approximately 4 hours, compensated)
Credentialing timeframe of 30-60 days

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
Active Arizona license preferred; candidates in process of obtaining licensure will be considered
DEA registration required
Minimum of one year of experience working in electrophysiology
Ample experience with electrophysiology procedures and patient management
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
