Job Opportunity - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Northern Arizona

Schedule: Variable shift schedule with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts; overtime available after scheduled shifts. Sample rotation includes a mix of day shifts from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and extended shifts from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Highlights:
- 317-bed hospital with 11 main operating rooms and 2 ambulatory center ORs
- Diverse case mix including orthopedics, ortho trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo procedures
- High-volume facility averaging 50-60 surgical cases per day
- EMR systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Credentialing completed within approximately 30 days
- Mandatory remote Cerner training (4 hours, paid) the week prior to start
Requirements:
- Active Arizona CRNA license (or proof of application in process)
- BLS or ACLS certification required
- Recent hospital anesthesia experience required
- Phone interview with department leadership
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
- Case logs and vaccination records required for credentialing
