Schedule: 50-60 cases per day across 11 main ORs and 2 ambulatory center ORs; 4-hour orientation provided

• Diverse case mix including orthopedics, orthopedic trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neurosurgery, cath lab procedures, ambulatory cases, and endoscopy
• 317-bed acute care hospital with high-volume surgical services
• EMR system: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Phone interview process with department leadership
• Remote Cerner training provided prior to start date
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 15 days; overtime opportunities available after scheduled shifts

Requirements:

• Active Arizona state CRNA license required (or proof of application in process)
• Current BLS or ACLS certification required
• Recent hospital-based anesthesia experience required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Experience with all patient age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Recent case logs and vaccination records required for credentialing
