Job Opportunity - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - North Carolina
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Location: North Carolina Metro Region
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (non-consecutive days preferred), 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with 30-minute unpaid lunch. Monday and Friday coverage is high priority.
Highlights:
- 6-month contract (26 weeks) with medical direction model
- High-volume surgical setting with 60+ cases per day across 20 operating rooms
- Diverse case mix including general, orthopedic, gynecological, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma procedures
- Additional coverage in 5 NORA locations (interventional radiology, electrophysiology, endoscopy, MRI)
- Epic EMR system with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring equipment
- Full-time position requiring flexibility to float between locations as needed
Requirements:
- Active North Carolina CRNA license (willing to license candidates will not be considered)
- Board Certification as a CRNA
- Current ACLS and PALS certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience; new graduates are not eligible
- Preferred skills in cardiac, vascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
