Job Opportunity - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - North Carolina
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Location: North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch). Full-time position with flexible days; non-consecutive days off. Monday and Friday coverage is high priority. Contract length: 6 months (26 weeks)
Highlights:
- Medical direction model with 60+ cases per day across 20 operating rooms and 5 non-OR anesthesia (NORA) locations
- Diverse case mix including general, orthopedic, gynecology, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, trauma, interventional radiology, electrophysiology, endoscopy, and MRI
- Epic EMR with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring equipment
- All age patient population in a high-volume hospital setting
- Float capability required across multiple locations
- Overtime and holiday compensation available at premium rates
Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA with active North Carolina state license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years of CRNA experience; new graduates will not be considered
- Preferred skills: cardiac/vascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia experience
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
