Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days after completed app is submitted

Shift: Weekend Position: 4x10s weekly (Friday - Monday - 11a-930p) or 3x12s weekly (Saturday- Monday - 9a-9:30p) | No Call

Housing/Travel: All inclusive

Notes: Covid Vaccination Preferred – will consider waivers

Required exp: High Acuity Urgent Care cases – Flu, Sickness, I&D, Lacerations, Toe Nails, Fractures, etc. Provider must have High Acuity Urgent Care experience dealing with patients that are not sick enough to go to the ER but deal with dizziness, chest pains, cardiac care, imaging, Labs.
